ADAM STEVENS, 28, of St Neots Road, Dry Drayton, Cambridge, was fined £660, with £85 costs and a £66 victim surcharge, and was banned from driving for six months for failing to give information to identify a driver in Banbury between March 13 and April 10 2019.

NICUSOR SERBAN, 22, of Browning Road, Banbury, received a 12 month conditional discharge and must pay £85 costs and a £21 victim surcharge for stealing household items worth £488.29 from Tesco in Banbury on August 24.

KAREEM SHEHAB, 27, of Temple Street, Oxford, was fined £20, received six points on his driving licence, and must pay £85 court costs and a £32 victim surcharge for driving while disqualified in George Street, Oxford on August 24.

LUKE WALLIN, 28, of Bristnall Hall Lane, Oldbury, Sandwell, received a 24 month conditional discharge and must pay £85 court costs and a £21 victim surcharge for assaulting a woman by beating her at Edmund Hall, Oxfordshire, on August 25.

DEMETRIUS HERLIHY, 25, of Balfour Road, Oxford, received a 12 month conditional discharge and must pay £10 compensation, £85 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge for being drunk and disorderly in London Road, Faringdon, on February 3, and causing £10 worth of damage to a book owned by Thames Valley Police in Abingdon on the same date.

MARTIN PACE, 42, of Brookmead Drive, Wallingford, was banned from driving for 36 months, fined £120 and must pay £85 costs with a £32 victim surcharge for driving while over the legal alcohol limit in Downs Road, Witney on July 27.

GREGORY FRY, 28, of Stonelee Close, Chadlington, was fined £120, banned from driving for 12 months and must pay £85 costs with a £32 victim surcharge for possession of cocaine and driving while over the legal alcohol limit in Mill End, Chadlington on August 13.

MARK KEEN, 50, of New Street, Chipping Norton, was fined £41 and must pay £85 court costs and a £32 victim surcharge for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Chipping Norton on March 25.

ZAFRAN SULTAN, 37, of Wilkins Road, Oxford, was fined £80 and must pay £85 costs and a £32 victim surcharge for being drunk and disorderly in Cape of Good Hope, Iffley Road, Oxford on August 9.

TIMOTHY WILCOX, 42, of Westleigh, Malvern, was fined £369, banned from driving for 12 months and must pay £85 costs and a £37 victim surcharge for driving while over the legal alcohol limit in Burford, Oxfordshire, on August 11.

CLAIRE CLARKE, 54, of Croxford Gardens, Kidlington, was given a restraining order, told to pay compensation of £1,210 and complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity for harassing a woman in Kidlington between April 1 and May 20, criminal damage to a garage door in Kidlington on May 3, criminal damage to a car and two tyres of another car, and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Kidlington on May 20. Clarke was given a second restraining order and further 15 days of rehabilitation activity for stalking a man in Kidlington between April 23 and May 27, and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Kidlington on May 27. Clarke was ordered to pay £100 compensation, and given a further 15 days of rehabilitation activity for criminal damage, using threatening or abusive words or behaviour and assaulting a police officer in Kidlington on June 30, stalking a woman between June 26 and July 1 in Kidlington and making threats to kill a police officer at Banbury police station on July 1.

BENJAMIN PATERSON, 31, of Rectory Lane, Kingston Bagpuize, was banned from driving for 36 months, told to complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity and must pay £85 costs and a £90 victim surcharge for driving while above the legal alcohol limit and possession of cocaine in Radley Road, Abingdon on July 6.

CAMERON JOHNSON, 22, of Hartlepool Court, London, Newham, was fined £200, received six points on his driving licence and must pay £85 costs with a £32 victim surcharge for driving without insurance and without displaying learner plates or with appropriate supervision and obstructing a police officer in the execution of his duty in Concord Avenue, Banbury, on August 11.

MALCOLM PLAISTED, 32, of Astrop Lane, Oxford, was jailed for 21 days and must pay a £122 victim surcharge for receiving stolen goods, namely money worth £476.45, in Oxford on July 2.

TONY PRESTON, 40, of no fixed abode, was fined £80 and must pay £85 costs and a £32 victim surcharge for failing to comply with requirements of the sex offenders' register, by failing to notify police of a change of address or register as no fixed abode, in Oxford on June 9.

ALICE ROBINSON, 27, of Alrich Road, Oxford, was given 25 days of rehabilitation activity and must pay a £90 victim surcharge for being drunk and disorderly in Kent Close, Oxford, on May 31 and failing to appear at Oxford magistrates' court on July 2. Robinson received no separate penalty for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Oxford on July 6. Robinson was given 25 days of rehabilitation activity for stealing a rucksack in Oxford on July 10, failing to appear at Oxford magistrates' court on August 14, and shouting, swearing and throwing a phone at the wall of St Aldate's police office on August 21.

DAVID SEAGER, 45, of no fixed abode, must pay £180 compensation for stealing meat of an unknown value from Asda in Carterton on May 10 and meat and cheese from the same store on May 13.

STEVIE TIMPERLEY, 31, of Finchdale Close, Carterton, had a previous 16 week prison sentence suspended for an additional six months and must pay £88.50 compensation for stealing alcohol worth £28.50 from The Co-op in Bampton on April 12, stealing hair and beauty products of an unknown value from Asda in Carterton on May 13 and committing an offence while subject to a suspended sentence.

ALEXANDER BELL, 47, of Crescent Road, Oxford, was fined £100 and must pay £60 costs for failing to provide evidence of absence after failing to attend an unpaid work requirement on July 7 and July 14.

DANIEL HUGHES, 29, of Roachback, Wantage, had a previous community order revoked for failing to comply. He was sentenced for his original offence, assaulting a woman by beating her in Didcot on March 6, and was fined £735 and must pay £60 costs.

LESLEY PEARSON, 55, of Croxford Gardens, Kidlington, had a previous unpaid work order extended by 10 hours, to 130 hours, and must pay £20 costs for failing to comply with the original unpaid work order by not attenting on February 20, April 17 and July 13.

PETER QUINN, 26, of Crescent Road, Oxford, was given a 20 day curfew for failing to attend supervision appointments on April 17, June 7 and July 3, as previously ordered by the court.
