As well as a fourth charge of being in possession of a class A drug – which was confirmed as cocaine.

Neighbours said the officers have been working at the property for about three days.

At court Hinton was fined for the driving offences, but pleaded not guilty to the drug offences, which means he will have a trial at Crown Court.

He was fined £420 using a motor vehicle on a road without third party insurance.

He was also given six points on his licence.

Hinton was handed a further fine of £100 for driving with the wrong type of licence.

His trial date for the drug offences has been set for October 14.
