FIREFIGHTERS tackled a blaze in West Oxfordshire that caused train delays due to smoke spreading across nearby railway lines.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service said it was called on Friday afternoon to reports of large stacks of wood on fire near Combe.

Crews from Kidlington, Witney, Charlbury, Woodstock and Rewley Road stations attended, as well as a water storage device from Wheatley Fire Station.
Portable pumps were set in to a nearby river for extra water to put out the flames.
National Rail staff were also at the scene during the incident, with trains going at slower speeds while smoke blanketed the area.
