SIR - What a joke the bus companies are, especially First Bradford. It seems you can no longer get a bus to Bradford from Leeds bus station. Instead you have to go to a stop halfway across the city centre, which is then a shambles because you're queuing on the pavement encroaching into any pedestrian wanting to get by.
As for the No.35. That is now a half hourly service to Greengates, gone is the bus to Thorpe edge. The 35 now runs at the same time as the 60 to Shipley. What brain surgeon came up with this idea...a pointless service.
The 670, as the 35 was, used to be the only bus people could get to work...now they have nothing. For why?
Bring back the 670 Bradford to Leeds via Five Lane Ends.
