SIR - Iain Morris is completely misguided about the testimonial at Valley Parade in 2002.
I was a Head Steward in the Midland Road stand that day. I saw a Rangers supporter stabbed by one of his own, Rangers fans urinating on to supporters and my stewards alike, and the catering bars being smashed into by drunken Rangers fans to steal alcohol.
A dark day in City's history, and one of the main reasons why neither Glasgow club will ever be accepted into any proposal to play in the Premier League.
