A CELEBRATION of the life of Oxford broadcaster Bill Heine will take place tomorrow.
Mr Heine died earlier this year after a long battle with leukaemia.
The American-born man, who was behind Headington's shark house, chronicled his struggle with the disease in a weekly column for the Oxford Mail.
