A FANCY dress parade will take place at a 'green oasis' in East Oxford tomorrow as part of an annual festival.
Elder Stubbs Festival will see people enjoy food, music and activities to celebrate the 'enviable' allotments which have won a Best Kept Allotment award in the past.

The fun starts at 12pm at the allotments off Rymers Lane.
