FUN-loving runners can apply for one of 250 free places at next month's Race for Life event in Oxford.
Tesco, a partner of the Cancer Research UK initiative, is giving away places for the Pretty Muddy 5k in South Park to mark its centenary year.
The first 250 people to sign up at raceforlife.org with the code OMRFL19 will be given free entry to the event, which takes place on September 14.
Oxford Pretty Muddy 5k sees participants take on a host of obstacles, with the city skyline providing a stunning backdrop.
Sarah Pickersgill, head of the race for life marketing, said: “We hope that women, children and men across Oxford come together at the Race for Life events to do something extraordinary with us – help beat cancer.
“All the money raised will help Cancer Research UK scientists and doctors find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat the disease, helping save more lives.”
The event is one of several Race for Life events that take place across the year, which raise money for research into all 200 types of cancer.
Alec Brown, head of local communications at Tesco, said: "Everyone can take part at their own pace, and every little step helps beat cancer. Our colleagues can’t wait to join everyone at the start line again this year.”
