TWO people were taken to hospital after a crash on the M40 yesterday.
The patients sustained minor injuries in the incident that occurred shortly before junction 9, which saw two lanes closed and caused delays of up to 90 minutes.
South Central Ambulance Service confirmed this morning that it received a call at 5.28pm and sent two ambulances to the scene, plus a paramedic team leader in a rapid response vehicle.

Both patients were taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford for further assessment and treatment.
A video on Twitter showed at least three fire engines and two police cars attending the crash, which damaged the motorway's central barriers.
It caused severe northbound traffic between junctions 8A and 9, with almost six miles of congestion at the height of the disruption between 6.30pm and 7.30pm.
The lanes were reopened and the queues began to clear at about 8pm.
