POLICE are warning drivers to avoid thefts from vehicles by keeping them secure in the hot weather.
Thames Valley Police said the summer heat can prompt drivers to leave car windows open or leave vehicles insecure at home or on the road.
A spokesman said: “Most thefts from vehicles are opportunistic and preventable.”
