A VILLAGE preschool near Bampton has been given Ofsted's stamp of approval.
Aston & Cote Preschool Playgroup, which teaches about 35 children, has been rated 'good' by the watchdog.
A new report published on Friday said: "Staff have good relationships with children. Children show that they feel safe and secure.
"They happily separate from their parents and/or carers and confidently go off to explore the play areas."
According to the report, the preschool registered with Ofsted in 1973.
It had previously been rated 'good' in 2015.
