LOUIS DRIFFIELD, 22, of Brick Hill, Hook Norton, admitted drug-driving in High Street, Hook Norton, on March 9. Had a proportion of ketamine in his blood exceeding the legal limit. Fined £168, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

RISMAN NAITSOKA, 38, of Grove Street, Wantage, was convicted of assaulting a woman by beating her in Wantage on March 1. Fined £300, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £200.

BRIAN DEUTSCH, 72, of Stonesfield Road, Stonesfield, admitted speeding at 88mph in a 70mph zone on the M40 at junction 7. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30. Three penalty points.

ANDREW SQUIRES, 51, of Saxel Close, Aston, admitted speeding at 80mph in a 70mph zone on the A34 at Chieveley on September 10. Fined £260, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

HANNAH STRUDWICK, 35, of Merganser Drive, Bicester, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between September 20 and October 18. Fined £, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

MITRAOSADAT NOURBAKHSHNIA, 31, of Mallards Way, Bicester, admitted speeding in a 30mph zone on the A418 at Tiddington, on August 9. Fined £70, must pay court costs of £30. Three penalty points.

JORDAN CLEAVER, 23, of Arundel Place, Banbury, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Banbury on November 10, possessing cannabis in Banbury on November 10 and assaulting a woman by beating her in Banbury on November 10. Fined £50, must pay £200 compensation, £85 court costs, must pay court costs of £85.

ROVINDER KHARA, 53, of Willes Close, Faringdon, admitted causing wasteful employment of police by making a false report to emergency call handlers. Must pay £2,500 compensation and £85 court costs.

JASON LAPPER, 45, of Bicester Road, Launton, admitted possessing Etizolam and Alprazolam, class C drugs, in Banbury on May 3. Conditionally discharged for two years, must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

JAHVINA BROWN, 29, of Barton Village Road, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis in Headley Way, Oxford, on May 11. Fined £80, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

REBECCA CROSS, 36, of Stockey End, Abingdon, admitted drink driving in Stockey End, Abingdon, on May 11. Had 108mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. A community order was made and she must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 26 months.

CASPER DALE, 19, of Canterbury Road, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence and drink driving in Keble Road, Oxford, on May 11. Had 50mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £169, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

BENJAMIN CONSTANCE, 36, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, was convicted of handling stolen goods, namely a audio recorder and recording cars worth £230, at CEX store, Templar Square Shopping Centre, Oxford, on May 24. A community order was made and he must attend a rehabilitation programme for five days, must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £500.

BARZAN HAMARASHID, 30, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted pursuing a cause of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman by sending numerous abusive Whatsap messages and turning up at her house between February 21 and March 12. He was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 20 months and made subject to a community order to include participation in the Building Better Relationships programme to tackle his offending, rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also made subject to a restraining order and must pay £100 compensation.

JON SHIRLEY, 33, of Windows Court, Wheatley, admitted stealing perfume valued at £60 from Boots, Cowley Road, Oxford, on May 2. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay compensation of £60, a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

INDIA THOMAS, 18, of Fritwell Road, Somerton, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit on Enstone Road, Great Tew, on February 23. Had 85 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. She was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

STEPHEN TILLIER, 53, of Curtis Avenue, Abingdon, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on May 11 at Marcham Road, Abingdon. Had 84 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for three years.

BITOI CIPRIAN, 28, of Fair Close, Bicester, was convicted of using a vehicle on a public road without third party insurance on January 28 at King's End, Bicester. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Darius CREER, 42, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance on February 1 at Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

AGRIPINA CARVALHO, 26, of Long Lane, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance on January 27 at the A40 Oxford. She was fined a total of £586 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

PETER ELRINGTON, 49, of Cotmore Close, Thame, was convicted of using a vehicle on a public road without third party insurance on January 28 at the A4421 Bicester. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Mark HENDRON, 32, of Parkside, Abingdon, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance on February 11 in Abingdon. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and given six penalty points.
