HOMEOWNERS want to knock down an outside garage and replace it with a building that fits into the area better.
As it is, the garage on Rawlinson Road is single storey flat-roof garage, but if plans are approved by Oxford City Council this will be knocked down and replaced with a garage, studio and greenhouse.
The building was first built as a coach house, but then converted into a family home in 1971. Homeowners say the garage is not in keeping with the conservation area.
