GARAGES which are a hot spot for ‘anti-social behaviour’ could be knocked down and replaced with homes if Oxford City Council give plans the go-ahead.

They say there is ‘little alternative’ but to knock  15 of the 17 brick garages down and replace them with three homes.

If plans go ahead, then one two-bedroom house will be built and two one-bed homes.
