A MAN from Wallingford has been sent to prison for causing death by driving dangerously on the M4.
Paul Duxbury, Rowland Close in Wallingford, pleaded guilty at Reading Crown Court and was sentenced on Friday to one year and 10 months in prison.
The 36-year-old will also be banned from driving for five years after he is released.
On July 5, Duxbury was driving down the M4 in a transport van near Langley and hit a 46-year-old motorcyclist who had slowed down in the traffic. The 46-year-old was thrown into the air and died from his injuries.
