OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

MARCUS WRIGHT, 24, of East Hawthorn Road, Ambrosden, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between October 4 and November 1 at Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

SHANE COATES, 30, of Haldane Road, Oxford, admitted possessing a quantity of crack cocaine and heroin on April 23 at Oxford. He was made subject to a community order to include 60 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85.

ADAM MORRISON, 30, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted resisting a constable in the execution of their duty at The Clarendon Centre, Cornmarket Street, Oxford, on March 8. He was fined £75 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

ADRIAN MYTHEN, 29, of Fern Hill Close, Kidlington, was convicted of sexual assault on a woman at the Westgate Shopping Centre, Oxford, on September 15 as well as assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty and failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court. He was made subject to a community order to include 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and 120 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £300 and must sign the sex offenders register for five years.

MARCIN IDCZAK, 36, of South Barr Street, Banbury, admitted taking a vehicle without the owners consent on January 19 at Broad Street, Banbury as well as using a vehicle without third party insurance. He was made subject to a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victims surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

MORTON MORTON, 27, of Stubbs Avenue, Oxford, admitted receiving stolen goods at Oxford on August 4. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

LEE THOMAS, 39, of Beeching Way, Wallingford, admitted causing criminal damage to furnishings including internal walls and ceilings at an address in Didcot on January 28. He was made subject to a community order to include 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement and 60 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and be subject to a restraining order against his victim.

JAMIE BOYLE, 32, of John Morris Road, Abingdon, admitted failing to comply with a previously imposed community order by failing to attend rehabilitation activity requirement on February 4 and failing to provide evidence as directed. The order was varied to include a drug rehabilitation requirement for 12 months and he must pay court costs of £60.

KEVIN MILLAR, 53, of Bankside, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with a previously imposed community order by failing to remaining at a specified address on curfew requirements as well as failing to keep in touch with a responsible officer. His community order was varied to include seven rehabilitation activity requirement days and he was fined £150 and must pay court costs of £85.

JOHN WALKER, 39, of Kings Orchard, Wallingford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a previously imposed community order by failing to attend unpaid work on January 13 and February 3 as well as keeping in touch with a responsible officer. His community order was varied to include an additional eight hours of unpaid work and he must pay court costs of £60.

JAMES HURN, 28, of Lambourn Road, Oxford, was convicted of keeping a vehicle which was unlicensed on July 10. He was fined £220 and must pay court costs of £100.

JIM PAINE, 37, of Thorney Leys, Witney, was convicted of being in possession of a colour television set knowing that another intended to use or install the receiver without a licence between July 30 and August 1 at Witney. He was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £120.

MATTHEW CLARKE, 37, of Judds Close, Witney, was convicted of using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance on October 24 at Witney. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KAY CULLING, 33, of Woodgreen Avenue, Banbury, was convicted of driving without a valid licence and without third party insurance on November 13 at Banbury. She was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

DANIEL DAMZI, 37, of Newman Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 50 mph in a 40 mph area at Weston on the Green on October 3. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

LIAM EADLE, 18, of College Way, Horspath, was convicted of speeding by driving 40 mph in a 30 mph area at Abingdon on October 24. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

JASON GOVES, 42, of Teasel Way, Carterton, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver on December 7 at Oxfordshire. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JAMES LOCH, 32, of Sunnyside, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on October 11 at Bletchingdon. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

GAVIN SMITH, 32, of Osney Lane, Oxford, admitted driving above the legal drug limit for cocaine and cannabis on December 18 at Oxford as well as driving without a valid driving licence and third party insurance. He was made subject to a community order to include participation in drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 8 months.

ROGER RUSKIN, 50, of Webbs Close, Wolvercote, was convicted of assaulting a man as well as having a knife in a public place at Oxford on April 24. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for nine months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 20 days. He must also pay £75 compensation and £175 court costs.
