A TRIAL into an alleged stabbing near an Oxford kebab van has been stopped.
Anton Mullings, of Bluebell Court, Oxford, denies wounding with intent and having an offensive weapon.
Prosecutors at his trial at Oxford Crown Court had claimed that the 26-year old - who is representing himself at court - attacked his victim near to the Posh Nosh Express kebab van at Queen Street, Oxford, in the early hours of November 26 2016.
Jurors were sent home yesterday while more evidence is sought and the trial will begin again on August 12.
