DANIEL BULL, 28, of North Barr Street, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on February 9 at Banbury. Had 65 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

ADAM CASHMORE, 18, of Ingle Close, Oxford, admitted assaulting a police officer on February 10 at Oxford. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and must pay compensation to his victim of £75.

SHANE COATES, 30, of Haldane Close, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to crockery and furniture belonging to a woman at Shepherds Hill, Oxford, on February 7 as well as breaching a community order. He was jailed for 10 weeks suspended for 18 months and made subject to a community order for 18 months to include participation in the building better relationships programme and rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days. He must also pay compensation of £200.

OLIVER GREEN, 24, of Orchard Way, Wantage, admitted assaulting a man at Wantage on April 23. He was jailed for 23 weeks suspended for 18 months and made subject to a community order for 18 months to include participation in the resolve programme and rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days. He must also pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £300.

Gabrielle KIRTLAND, 21, of Kenilworth Way, Banbury, was convicted of travelling on a railway between Bicester North and Banbury on September 6 without having previously paid the fare of £5.20. She was fined £440 and must pay compensation of £5.20, a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £100.

CATHERINE CHAFFEE, 32, of Fair Close, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving 40 mph in a 30 mph area at Botley Road, Oxford, on July 17. She was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ASHLEY CYPHER, 29, of Stocks Lane, Carterton, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between October 18 and November 15 at Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LUKE HOLT, 40, of Williams Road, Upper Heyford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between September 3 and October 1 at Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CLIFFORD DONALD HONES, 67, of Book Street, Benson, was convicted of speeding at 41mph in a 30mph zone in Drayton Road, Abingdon, on July 18. Fined £250, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

SUESAN MIR-SHEKARI, 49, of Delbush Avenue, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at 43mph in a 30mph zone on the A40, High Wycombe, on July 22. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

JODIE MICHELLE PERRY, 39, of Rock Hill, Chipping Norton, was convicted of speeding at 51mph in a 40mph zone in the A41, Bicester, on August 31. Fined £100 and she must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

STUART WILLIAM HUTCHINGS, 44, of Rotary Way, Banbury, admitted stealing a pair of glasses worth £220 from Vision Express in Banbury on August 23. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

CHARLES FREDERICK J WILLIAMS, 20, of Whitecross, Wootton, admitted causing criminal damage worth £1,219.31 to a car belonging to a woman in Abingdon on June 27. Fined £300, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ANGELA LYNNE CLARKE, 31, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a credit card and fraud by false representation in Cornmarket Street, Oxford, on February 25. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay £28.20 compensation and £40 court costs.

JORDAN COPESTAKE, 19, of Rosemary Drive, Banbury, admitted drug-driving in The Link, Banbury, on December 6. Had 3.1ug/l of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood, exceeding the legal limit. Fined £253, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JAMIE HOLMES, 32, of Watermill Way, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Forest Hill, Oxford, on February 10. Had 72mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcgs. Fined £300, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.
