SHOFIK TOWNSEND, 42, of Henry Taunt Close, Oxford, admitted stealing a bottle of Jack Daniels and a pack of Gillette blades worth £48.60 from Sainsbury’s at the Westgate Centre, Oxford, on February 5. Fined £80, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

PAUL CONNOR, 40, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a pedal cycle worth £540 from a man at Banbury Railway Station on January 28. Fined £100, must pay £250 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

JODIE MARIA SELLWOOD, 29, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting two constables in the execution of their duty in Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, on October 1. Must pay £400 compensation, £200 court costs.

BRADLEY AARON RICHARDSON, 18, of Mill Lane, East Hendred, admitted stealing groceries worth £135.02 from Tesco, Marcham Road, Abingdon, on April 30 and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Abingdon on April 30. Fined £120, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £150. Must pay £50 compensation.

STEPHEN JOHN WICKEL, 42, of Sandhills, Shrivenham, admitted burglary of a dwelling with intent to cause damage in Didcot, on December 21. Community order made and he must attend a building better relationships programme for 30 days. A restraining order was made and he must not contact a woman or attend two properties in Didcot. Must pay £2,425 compensation, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £135.

JAMES WARD, 43, of no fixed address, was convicted of harassing a man in Cornmarket Street, Oxford on May 30. He shouted at him repeatedly, calling him a paedophile and swearing at him while trying to get other members of the public to join in. A restraining order was made and he must not contact a man until August 6 2019. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge, £100 court costs.

THOMAS GIBBS, 61, of Millwood End, Long Hanborough, admitted breaching a sexual offences prevention order by possessing a computer capable of internet connection without it being fitted with a police approved filter system in Long Hanborough, on November 7. Sentenced to 16 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. Must attend rehabilitation activity for 25 days, must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85.

SHANE ANTHONY ROGER MATTHEWS, 56, of The Oval, Rose Hill, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress in Abingdon Police Station on January 17. Fined £50, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

DAVID JOHN RADBAND, 33, of Fox Close, Bampton, admitted drink-driving in Upavon Way, Carterton, on January 23. Had 56mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Fined £120, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

WELLINGTON WASHAYA, 39, of Bowyer Road, Abingdon, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on November 24 at Eastern Bypass Road, Oxford. Had 85 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £380 and must pay a victim surcharge of £38 and court costs of £100 and he was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

OWEN BURGESS, 20, of Richmere Road, Didcot, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Didcot Parkway railway station on December 24 and failing to surrender to custody. He was fined a total of £350 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

REECE FIRTH, 23, of Mill Street, Wantage, was convicted of being drunk and disorderly at Mill Street, Wantage on November 7. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85.

ANDREW TANNER, 25, of Fieldside Avenue, Abingdon, admitted driving without due care and attention and causing criminal damage to the doors and wing mirror of a car on November 29 at Abingdon. He was fined a total of £600, and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £150.

MICHAEL BARKER, 55, of Bristol Road, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving 35 mph in a 30 mph area at Aynho Road, Adderbury, on May 10. He was fined £121 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

OLIVER OGDEN, 18, of Uffington, Faringdon, admitted driving without due care and attention and without a driving licence at Faringdon on November 14. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Sultan AHMED, 39, of Cardigan Street, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly at George Street, Oxford, on February 9. He was fined £75 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

Ryan KANE, 33, of Sandown Road, Bicester, admitted being drunk and disorderly at Banbury on January 26. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of 30 and court costs of £85.

Sarah MUIRHEAD, 42, of Barton Village Road, Headington, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis on January 17 at Barton Village Road. She was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

DESMON JONES, 35, of Ashers Way, Oxford, admitted stealing washing liquid to the value of £35 from Co-Op, Wood Farm, Oxford, as well as meat to the value of £147.46 from Co-Op Kennington on September 27. He must pay compensation totalling £85.

WAYNE ADAMS, 58, of Mill Street, Eynsham, was convicted of failing to provide information relating to the identity of a driver at Banbury between August 3 and 31. Fined £660, victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six points.
