COMEDIAN Armando Iannucci, creator of The Thick of It, and Radiohead drummer Philip Selway are among the names performing at a special charity concert tomorrow to support people suffering emotional distress or at risk of suicide.

The ECHO concert stars at 6pm at Oxford Town Hall and is hosted by Lord Mayor Colin Cook. It will also features performances by Adam Buxton of The Adam and Joe Show, Croft & Pearce of The Mash Report and Sketchorama, Laura Moody, Quinta and Out of the Blue – the city’s popular all male a cappella act.

Money raised will go to help Oxford Samaritans staff in East Oxford, who provide support for people around the clock.

It will also support Oxford Nightline, a listening service run for and by students of Oxford and Oxford Brookes universities.
