JURORS have retired to consider their verdicts in a modern slavery case at Oxford Crown Court.
Michael Joyce, 59, John Joyce, 34, Michael Joyce, 26, all of Redbridge Hollow, are each charged with five counts involving alleged forced labour and modern slavery offences.
Prosecutors during their trial have alleged that the men forced two alleged victims into building a 'man cave' at the Oxford Traveller site for an 18-month period.
All three deny the charges and one man - Michael Joyce senior, told jurors that the alleged victims were paid for their work.
The jury panel were sent out to decide on their verdicts yesterday.
