Oxford University's victorious rugby varsity captain says he is 'delighted' that funds from the game go to local disability charity Leonard Cheshire.
The men’s team trounced Cambridge at Twickenham last week, while raising £25,000 and counting for the charity, which has been a partner of the match since 2014.
Captain Dom Waldouck said: “We are delighted that funds from this wonderful game will go to Leonard Cheshire.”
Players visited Leonard Cheshire care homes for disabled adults, with Oxford players meeting residents at Banbury's Agnes Court.
Resident Louise Weeks said: “I had a lovely time talking to the players. I always enjoy their visits each year.”
