DRIVERS in Oxford are expected to face another three days of severe delays due to emergency Thames Water works.
The company has a work permit to fix a leak on the Oxford ring road between the Kennington roundabout and the Hinksey Hill junction until Wednesday.

A lane has been closed while the repairs take place, causing rush hour traffic to back up several miles on the northbound and southbound carriageways.

This has affected bus companies, who reported delays of 'over an hour' on Thursday.
Thames Water has said it is working with Oxfordshire County Council to keep disruption to a minimum throughout the work.
