OXFORD'S famous Randolph Hotel has launched a new fine-dining experience.
The Beaumont Street establishment's Acanthus restaurant is now offering a six-course tasting menu created by chef Ram Jalasutram, previously of the Dorchester and the Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland.
Featuring dishes such as Scottish salmon, corn-fed chicken and Southdown rack of lamb, the menu is available on Friday and Saturday nights from £60 per person.
Mr Jalasutram said: “Served in the grand Acanthus restaurant, guests can expect nothing but luxury from the moment they arrive.”
