A THIEF broke into a canal boat in Oxford and stole a bag and a watch.
Thames Valley Police said the break-in happened on Friday between 9.30am and 11.30pm on a boat moored on the towpath in Hythe Bridge Street.
The offender forced open a door at the back of the boat and searched inside before getting away with the valuable items.
