A TV company is on the hunt for proud parents in Oxford to take part in a new 'social experiment'.

Production company Monkey Kingdom want mums and dads who are 'confident in their parenting technique' to sign up for the project which will be aired on a 'major UK broadcaster'.

No more details have been released about what the show would entail. 

Monkey Kingdom are responsible for programmes including Made In Chelsea, Real Housewives, Honey, I Suckle the Kids, Raised by the Hand of God and E!’s new dating reality show, The Bi Life.

A statement from the company said: "We want to hear from parents who are confident in their parenting technique, who are proud of the way they raise their children and who have a particular parenting strategy.

"Whether parents are in a couple or a single parent we would love to hear from parents who would like to share their approach with others."

Applicants should have at least one child between the ages of five and thirteen.

Those wishing to apply have been asked to send their name, contact details and some details about what makes their parenting style so great, to parent@monkeykingdom.com.
