SPEEDING

SALMON YOUNAS, 33, of Glyndebourne Gardens, Banbury, was convicted of speeding at 40mph in a 30mph zone in Stratford Road, Wroxton, on March 14. Fined £40, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

GRZEGORZ ZOLADKIENICZ, 48, of Spruce Gardens, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at 40mph in a 30mph zone in Broughton Road, Banbury, on March 16. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

PAUL BURTON, 32, of Old London Road, Chipping Norton, was convicted of speeding in a 30mph zone on the A361, Chipping Norton, on July 6. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

DRINK DRIVING

JAMES PARKER, 25, of Sinodun Road, Wallingford, admitted drink driving in Huntercombe End, Nuffield, on October 1. Had 45mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £375, must pay a victim surcharge of £37 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

CHRISTOPHER SHEPPARD, 21, of RAF Brize Norton, Carterton Road, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on August 24 at Carterton. Had 91 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £565 and must pay a victim surcharge of £56 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 23 months.

DRIVING OFFENCES

MARTIN GIBBONS, 37, of Fontwell Road, Bicester, was convicted of driving without due care and attention at the Southern Bypass road, Oxford, on March 18. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £625 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

NIGEL MARK BOWLER, 27, of Dodson Court, Abingdon, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Saxton Road, Abingdon, on May 7. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.
