FAULTY traffic lights have caused significant delays for drivers this morning.
Motorists reported that the lights for Thames Water roadworks on the B480, Chiselhampton Hill, between Chiselhampton and Garsington, near Oxford, were stuck on red.
The problem caused delays of at least 35 minutes and traffic is still slow in the area, but the lights are due to be fixed this morning.
Thames Water spokesperson Michael Benke said: “We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.
"We’ve been made aware the traffic lights are not working properly and someone will be out to repair them this morning.”
