Oxfordshire crime novellist Peter Tickler proof reading his latest book, White Lies, Deadly Lies.
AN Oxfordshire author will launch his 'sixth Oxford-based crime novel' at an ice cream shop in the city today.
Peter Tickler will be meeting readers and signing copies of his new tome – White Lies, Deadly Lies – at George & Delila's cafe, 104 Cowley Road, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm this evening.
The book follows a well-reviewed series of similar crime novels including Blood on the Cowley Road, Dead in the Water and The Girl Who Stole The Apple.
Mr Tickler says he prides himself in 'the accuracy of his locations' and for setting his crime fiction 'in Town rather than Gown Oxford', as well as for being a 'great read'.
