OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

NATALIE SUNDBLAD, 37, of Newland Road, Witney, was convicted of speeding by driving 38mph in a 30mph area at Witney on March 13. She was fined £147 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

RICHARD COOPER, 26, of Fencott, Oxfordshire, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on February 17 at Beckley. Had 183mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He was made subject to a community order to include an electronically monitored overnight curfew. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £200 and was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

HAMISH MARTIN, 21, of Ringwood Road, Oxford, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on August 12 at Oxford. Had 73mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Also admitted using threatening, abusive words or behaviour likely to cause fear of violence at Abingdon on August 12. He was fined a total of £600 and must compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £40 and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

SULAIMAN HUSSAIN, 20, of Hendred Street, Oxford, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis at Oxford on April 14. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

ANTHONY SEXTON, 29, of no fixed abode, admitted causing criminal damage to a car valued at £2,000 on September 10 at Stowford Road, Oxford. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for six months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days. He must also pay compensation of £2,000, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

TONI CLAY, 25, of Broadway, Didcot, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to harassment or distress on June 4 at Wootton and was convicted of assaulting an officer in the execution of their duty. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for six months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days. She must also pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £500.

LESTER MCCALLA, 40, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed after release from prison by failing to keep in touch. He was fined £100.

THOMAS WAY, 25, of Watlington Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on August 12 and 19. He was fined £120. Order to continue.

MARIE PREEDY, 52, of Rotary Way, Banbury, was convicted of using a colour television receiver without a licence on February 18. She was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £60.

HAYDN CHESTERMAN, 23, of Withycombe Drive, Banbury, was convicted of permitting the use of a vehicle without insurance on February 17 at Oxford. Fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.

ELAINE ROBINSON, 70, of Soden Road, Upper Heyford, was convicted of speeding by driving 54mph in a 40mph area at February 10 at Bicester. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

DANIEL SCOURFIELD, 27, of Station Road, Launton, was convicted of speeding by driving 83mph in a 70mph area at Great Milton on February 12. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

FIONA FRANCIS, 62, of Wear Road, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving 55mph in a 30mph area at Adderbury on January 14. She was fined £415 and must pay a victim surcharge of £41 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Dr AMANDA WELIN, 50, of Chiselhampton, Oxfordshire, was convicted of using a handheld mobile phone while driving at Marston Ferry Road on April 30. She was fined £224 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

ISHTIAQ HUSSAIN, 29, of Mortimer Road, Oxford, admitted common assault at Oxford on June 17. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £100.

WESLEY JACOB, 41, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, admitted stealing power pack chargers valued at £130 from Waterstones, Oxford, on May 27. He must pay compensation of £130.

ADAM BEALE, 24, of Brewer Close, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a woman and causing criminal damage to a telephone and socket to a value unknown on August 27 at Abingdon. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

CHLOE BROWN, 35, of Brookfield Crescent, Oxford, was convicted of breaching a criminal behaviour order by begging on September 29 at Oxford. She was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for six months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and must pay compensation of £20, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £310.
