BANBURY MAGISTRATES’

LEE MULLEN, 31, of no fixed abode, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a supervision order by failing to attend supervision and failing to keep in touch on June 18 and 27. He was jailed for a total of 21 days.

HEIDI MULLEN, 33, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing spirits valued at £102 from Waitrose, Banbury on August 2 as well as items of clothing valued at £64 from Marks and Spencer, Banbury, on September 15 and failing to surrender to custody. She was made subject to a community order to include a drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days.

RENATA LANZONI, 50, of Beechey Avenue, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 83 mph in a 30 mph at Marston Road, Oxford, on January 6. She was fined £161 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 10 days.

ALEXANDER CONSTANTINE-CLAUDIO, 26, of Fair Close, Bicester, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on September 2 at Fair Close, Bicester. Had 74 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He also admitted driving without insurance or a valid MOT test certificate. He was fined a total of £590 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

REUBEN DEADMAN-PRITCHARD, 21, of Burswin Road, Carterton, admitted assaulting a man and a woman and causing criminal damage to the rear door of a vehicle and being in breach of a conditional discharge at Carterton on July 5. He was jailed for eight weeks suspended for six months and must pay compensation totalling £350.

ANDREW SCANTLEBURY, 27, of no fixed abode, admitted being drunk and disorderly at Banbury railway station at Banbury on September 4. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £30.

CLARE HATTON, 40, of Steeple Aston, Oxfordshire, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on August 27 at Oxford Road, Banbury. Had 130 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was made subject to a community order to include 60 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 32 months.

STEPHANIE PARTRIDGE-DRIVER, 46, of Brizewood, Carterton, admitted two counts of driving above the legal alcohol limit on August 14 at Brizewood and August 29 at Brize Norton. had 88 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath and then 55 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined £250 for each offence and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 22 months for the first offence and 16 months for the second offence.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

ASHLEY MATTHEW JAMES ROSE, 21, of Deer Walk, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Shepherds Hill, Oxford, on May 22. Community order made and he must attend building better relationships sessions for 30 days. Must carry out 80 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months. Restraining order made not to contact a woman until September, 5, 2020. Must pay £100 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge, £100 court costs.

ROBERT BOWE, 56, of Stockham Park, Wantage, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of her duty and resisting a constable in the execution of her duty in Stockham Park, Wantage, on August 23. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

PAUL SIMON CHILTON, 36, of no fixed address, admitted causing criminal damage to four plant pots at the Old Parsonage Hotel, Banbury Road, Oxford, on August 22. Fined £80, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40.

ISABELLA KING, 20, of Hawksworth Close, Grove, admitted failing to provide a breath specimen for analysis in Abingdon Police Station on August 22. Fined £150, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £45. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

AIDEN OWEN LEE, 19, of Denny Gardens, Oxford, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on May 28. Thereby committed a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. Fined £160, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

DAVID PATEY, 25, of Hillsale Piece, Oxford, admitted stealing two pedal bicycles worth £2,500 from a garden shed in the Causeway, East Hanney, on June 25. A community order was made and he must carry out 80 hours unpaid work in the next 12 months. Must pay £1,250 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

CHRISTOPHER KARL SMITH, 36, of Aldebarton Drive, Headington, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis in Girdlestone Road, Oxford, on August 22. Fined £50, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

JOHN WALKER, 38, of Kings Orchard, Brightwell-cum-Sotwell, admitted drug-driving in Lower Broadway, Didcot, on March 13. Had 165mcg of benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. Community order made and he must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

KEANUSH NAIMIE, 39, of Bartlemas Road, Oxford, was convicted of handling stolen goods in Oxford on April 10. Had numerous household items including coffee machine, Wii console and games, push bike and clothing belonging to four men, knowing them to be stolen. Also convicted of a burglary in Cowley Road, Oxford on March 3. Community order made and he must attend drug rehabilitation sessions for six months. Must pay £620 court costs and £200 compensation.
