BANBURY MAGISTRATES’

SHANE BURDEN, 25, of Tamina Close, Carterton, admitted assaulting a woman at Carterton on August 17. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

DANIEL GOSHAWK, 32, of Vauxhall Barracks, Didcot, was convicted of two counts of assaulting a woman at Didcot on June 9. He was made subject to a community order to include unpaid work for 100 hours and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £400.

ALAN WARD, 43, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting a woman at Witney on August 26. He was made subject to a community order to include a rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and must carry out unpaid work for 80 hours. He must also pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

HANNAH WILSON, 39, of Caldecott Chase, Abingdon, was convicted of two counts of speeding by driving 35 mph in a 30 mph area at Abingdon on November 5 and 37 mph in a 30 mph area at Abingdon on February 11. She was fined £307 for each offence and must pay court costs of £85 each and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

OCTAVIAN FERA, 43, of Horspath Road, Oxford, was convicted of five counts of speeding by exceeding a 70 mph speed limit at the A41, Aston Clinton, on June 8 and driving above the 30 mph speed limit at Cowley Road, Oxford, on January 18 and February 1, 21, and 23. For each offence she was fined £100 and must pay court costs of £85 as well as a single victim surcharge of £30 and three penalty points for each offence.

MARIUS RADUCAN, 24, of Grove Road, Bladon, was convicted of speeding by driving 82 mph in a 50 mph area at Woodstock Road, Yarnton on May 12. He was fined £484 and must pay a victim surcharge of £48 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorse with six penalty points.

CONNOR BUCKLEY, 22, of Kestrel Way, Bicester, admitted two count sof failing to comply with the notification requirements for the sex offenders register by failing to notify a change of address march 19 and 22. He was fined a total of £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

JOSEPH LOWE, 37, of Becket Street, Oxford, admitted burglary and stealing five cans of fizzy drink to a value unknown and £50 cash at Britannia Chicken, Warwick Road, Banbury, on March 4. He was fined £160 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

DOUGLAS MCCLURE, 35, of Withycombe Drive, Banbury, admitted possession of a quantity of cocaine, MDMA and cannabis on September 1 at Banbury. He was fined a total of £275 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

JOSEPH JOHNSON, 58, of Ayres Drive, Bloxham, admitted stealing spirits worth £83 from Waitrose in Banbury on August 1 and stealing spirits worth £59.50 from the same shop on August 2. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay compensation of £83, a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

COSMIN VASILE GOGAN, 19, of Grove Road, Wantage, admitted driving a vehicle dangerously and drink-driving in Market Place, Wantage, on May 19. Had 199mlg of alcohol in 100ml of bood, exceeding the limit of 80mlg. He accelerated away aggressively, pulled out on an oncoming vehicle and lost control and collided with a parked vehicle and concrete monument. Community order made and he must carry out 240 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 22 months.

TEMI FAMUYIWA, 30, of Sir Henry Jake Close, Banbury, was convicted of travelling on the railway without having paid the fare on November 4 in Oxford. Fined £220, must pay compensation of £10.90, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £160.

THOMAS GARRITY, 29, of Botley, Oxford, was convicted of travelling on the railway without having paid the fare in Oxford on January 2. Fined £220, must pay compensation of £3.10, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £160.

MATTHEW PHILLIP HAPGOOD, 37, of Ruttle Close, Cholsey, was convicted of travelling on the railway without having paid the fare in Oxford on February 17. Fined £220, must pay £8.50 compensation, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £160.

ROBERT LOVELOCK, 20, of Merritt Road, Didcot, was convicted of entering or exiting a platform without passing through the barrier in the correct manner at Didcot Parkway station on January 1. Fined £80.

BRITTANY MILLER, 22, of St Hilda's Close, Bicester, was convicted of travelling on the railway without having paid the fare in Didcot Parkway on March 5. Also gave an officer of the railway company a fake name and address. Fined £320, must pay compensation of £1.60, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £160.

JACK MURPHY, 28, of Horsefair, Chipping Norton, was convicted of travelling on the railway without having paid the fare in Oxford on February 4. Fined £220, must pay £23.80 compensation, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £160.

JAKE NOLAN, 25, of Harrier Drive, Didcot, was convicted of travelling on the railway without paying the fare in Didcot Parkway on March 4. Fined £220, must pay compensation of £4.40, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £160.

FARAH ABU-ELMAALY, 47, of Palmer Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving a vehicle without a licence in Barns Road, Oxford, on March 26. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

SAMREEN ALVI, 42, of Essex Street, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at 53mph in a 40mph zone on the A41 at Bicester on March 10. Fined £38, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40. Three penalty points.
