GREGORY FRANK JONES, 31, of Moorend Lane, Thame, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between March 19 and April 16. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

ADAM DAVID MCCARTHY, 34, of Goldfinch Close, Bicester, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between April 3 and May 1. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

ANDREW MCDERMOTT, 57, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted speeding at 44mph in a 30mph zone in Drayton Road, Abingdon, on March 8. Fined £320, must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. Five penalty points.

BRUCE JON MORRIS, 64, of Danesmoor, Banbury, was convicted of speeding at 60mph in a 50mph zone on the A4260, Shipton on Cherwell, on February 7. Fined £115, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

MANPREET SINGH, 36, of Windle Gardens, Bicester, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between March 27 and April 24. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

CLAIRE ELEANOR MARY BOLD, 39, of Crooks Terrace, Wantage, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between February 26 and March 26. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

LINDSEY CLARE CASEMORE, 43, of Blackthorn Hill, Blackthorn, was convicted of speeding at 50mph in a 40mph zone on the A41 at Bicester, on January 13. Fined £220, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Three penalty points.

DAVID SILVA ALENCAR, 35, of Hillsborough Road, Oxford, admitted failing to stop a vehicle when required to do so by an officer and using a vehicle without insurance or a licence in Osney Mead, Oxford on August 1. Fined £200, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

LEE BLACKMAN, 31, of Savile Way, Grove, admitted driving while disqualified and using a vehicle without insurance in the A338, Station Road, Grove, on March 25. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for 12 months. Must carry out 80 hours unpaid work in the next 12 months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for three months.

SERENA REYNOLDSON, 35, of Sealham Road, Ducklington, admitted causing unnecessary suffering to ornamental fish by pouring bleach into a fish tank on January 9 at Ducklington. She was jailed for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months and made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £300 and she was banned from owning fish for life.

Jack BARRATT, 37, of Mickevior Place, Banbury, admitted two counts of being in charge of a motor vehicle above the specified drug limit for cocaine on May 13 at Banbury. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

JOSEPH JOHNSON, 58, of Ayres Road, Bloxham, admitted stealing spirits valued at £83 and £59.50 from Waitrose, Banbury, on August 1 and 2 respectively. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay compensation of £83, victim surcharge £20 and costs £85.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES'

NEIL HENDERSON, 51, of Barnwell, Wantage, admitted causing criminal damage to the handle and double glazed panel of the side door at a property at Hampden Road, Wantage, on September 3. He was made subject to a restraining order against a woman and fined £80.

Krzysztof TELAK, 42, of Mold Crescent, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on August 12 and failing to comply with instructions on July 8. He was ordered to continue and fined £50.

BAYLEE CANNON, 21, of Hillview Crescent, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on August 17 at Wimborne Avenue, Banbury. Had 63 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £390 and must pay a victim surcharge of £39 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

RAZVAN COJOCARU, 23, of North Street, Banbury, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Banbury police station on August 18. He was fined £320 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

ALICE WHITE, 45, of Merton Street, Banbury, was convicted of three counts of using threatening, abusive words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress against one man on December 28, January 25 and April 7 at Banbury. She was given a conditional discharge for 18 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £620.

AILA HARRIS, 29, of Evenlode Close, Bicester, admitted being unfit through drugs while driving a vehicle on February 2 at Bletchingdon. She was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £100 and her driving licence was endorsed with 10 penalty points.
