A FORMER chairman of Oxfordshire County Council has officially resigned her seat.
Zoe Patrick, who represented the Liberal Democrats in Grove and Wantage, was the council's chairman in 2017/18. She was first elected there in 2001.
The date of a by-election has yet to be confirmed.
It is understood the Lib Dems have yet to choose a candidate for the forthcoming by-election. The Conservatives have picked Ben Mabbett, a Vale of White Horse district councillor for Grove North, to contest the seat.
