THE SECOND phase of a leisure centre expansion will be discussed by district councillors tomorrow afternoon.
West Oxfordshire District Council's cabinet is expected to award the contract for phase two of Carterton Leisure Centre's construction and approve the capital budget for the scheme.
The plans are part of a 10-year £9.3m investment programme secured by the council last year with GLL Better, its leisure services contractor.
The meeting will take place at the council offices at Woodgreen, Witney, at 2pm.
