COUNCIL officers will get tough on dog fouling in Headington with a series enforcement operations.
The dates and times of the operations have been concealed in a bid to deter pet owners from neglecting their dog's poo.
But they will focus on three hotspots identified following a street survey in the area; Margaret Road Recreation Ground, Franklin Road and Pitts Road as well surrounding streets.
The operation will include enforcement action - possible fines - and hand delivering educational letters to people in the area living near green spaces.
While the dates and times have been concealed it will be a high visibility operation.
