IN the run-up to the Assembly elections on Thursday, May 3, two of the candidates for the Vale of Glamorgan AM position have gone walkabout.
Shoppers and traders on Holton Road, in Barry had the opportunity to meet the big guns on Tuesday.
Labour's Jane Hutt AM was joined by Secretary of State for International Development, Hilary Benn MP, while Conservative Gordon Kemp was accompanied by the Shadow Leader of the House of Commons, the Theresa May MP.
Lib Dem candidate Mark Hooper will be joined by Mike German AM and party leader the Right Hon Sir Menzies Campbell MP at Cardiff International Airport at 2pm on Good Friday.
