WOULD our MPs please explain to this poor, confused OAP why our friends in Wales and Scotland get free prescriptions and in England some of us have to pay? Could they also tell me who is paying for this show of generosity?
Surely I am being too suspicious in thinking the English might be included in this act in two years' time (shades of a certain act of blackmail before a local election not too long ago) just before the General Election. No, even this Government couldn't sink that low. Could they?
