Staff at the Yorkshire Clinic have handed over a cheque for £22,574 to Bradford Cancer Support's Daisy Appeal.
Bradford Bulls star Lesley Vainikolo, a supporter of the appeal, was on hand at the presentation.
The money was raised over 12 months by staff at the Capio Yorkshire Clinic in Cottingley, in a series of fundraising ventures including non-uniform days, a pamper day, car wash, raffles, sponsored walks, cake baking and ball.
Helen White, general manager of the clinic, said: "To assist a local charity, who has such a close connection with the Yorkshire Clinic is wonderful.
"We have had an entertaining and enjoyable 12 months raising much more than we ever expected, thanks to the staff and consultants."
The Daisy Appeal aims to raise £1.1 million to build a new centre in Bradford.
Appeal co-ordinator Maureen Burns said: "Despite their demanding workload they willingly gave up their time to help local people living with or who have survived cancer and their families."
