Four Polish men, charged with raping a pregnant prostitute, are likely to stand trial in October.
Appearing at Bradford Crown Court yesterday were Szymon Rodyk, 23, Maciej Gulbiki, 21, Piotr Artemowitz, 25, all of Draycup Avenue, Great Horton, Bradford and Marcin Switaj, 22, of Southmere Road, Bradford.
Each of the accused faces a charge of rape which relates to an alleged incident at the Draycup Avenue address on April 14.
No pleas were entered at the short preliminary hearing and the accused were granted bail with seven strict conditions which include keeping away from the complainant, who cannot be identified for legal reasons.
The Honorary Recorder of Bradford Judge Stephen Gullick adjourned the case until August 13 for a plea and case management hearing.
A provisional date for the trial which is expected to last two weeks was set for October 8.
