After running two successful pilot schemes last year, Summer Sevens will now be at seven different venues - including Sutton & Epsom and Wimbledon - when the six-week season kicks off in June, writes Stuart Amos.
The evening leagues for men and women aged over 17 run for five weeks, followed by a week of play-offs, and the winners go forward to the grand finals.
"A tournament like this is great for people who don't have time to play 15-a-side matches," said Harlequins and England Sevens star Ugo Monye.
