THE TRIAL of a 46-year-old man charged with causing the death of district nurse Suzanne Meredith by dangerous driving on Lavernock Road last summer, which was halted at the end of April, has not yet resumed.
The judge, Philip Richards, said certain legal procedures had to be gone into before the case against Philip Willey, of Everard Street, Barry, could continue.
