RESIDENTS dug out their antiques to be valued outside Evesham Town Hall.
Auctioners from Bonhams of Knowles org-anised the event, which raised £210 for the mayor's charities.
"Everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves. There was quite a few interesting pictures brought to be valued," mayor Jo Sandalls said.
One picture got a particularly high valuation.
Ms Sandalls said: "The owner was delighted. It was by a famous artist."
A steady flow of people turned up to get their prized possesions valued by Jenny Ashmond and Gerry Berwyn-Jones.
As the day went on, some people even popped home after passing by to dig something out to bring to the table of experts.
