TRADITIONAL Welsh recipes will be demonstrated at a valleys store as part of Blaenavon Spring Festival this weekend.
Member of the slow food movement, Lindy Wildsmith, who teaches alongside Franco Taruschio at The Hill in Abergavenny, will be demonstrating from 11am to 2pm at Morris Butchers on Broad Street in Blaenavon.
The event will be held from Saturday 5 May to Monday 7 May 2007
