SITE visits are planned over controversial developments in Birchwood and Howley.
Warrington Borough Council's planning committee has voted to look at the locations ahead of taking a vote at the next meeting.
This meeting will now take place after the local elections on Thursday.
John Groves, the head of development control at the borough council, told the committee last Wednesday that the plans were for a 50-bed care home in Delenty Drive, Birchwood, and for apartments in Navigation Street, Howley.
