Police are currently at the scene of a collision between a car and a motorbike on the A4 at Studley Cross in Calne.
The accident, which happened at around 8.30am, caused traffic to back up along the road towards Calne for around half an hour.
The mototrcyclist has been taken to the Royal United Hospital in Bath, but is not thought to have serious injuries.
The driver of the car was taken to Chippenham Hospital as a precaution.
The vehicles have now been moved to the side of the road and traffic is back to normal.
