A MAN accused of false imprisonment and being in possession of a firearm appeared at Basildon Crown Court on Friday.
Mark Mawson, 40, of Basildon, has yet to enter pleas to two counts of being in possession of an imitation firearm, false imprisonment and criminal damage.
The offences are said to have taken place at Ingleby Road, Chadwell St Mary in February.
Mawson was remanded in custody and will reappear at the court on Friday, May 25.
