MUSICAL soldiers of The Salvation Army from across the South West will visit Taunton on Saturday, April 21 to showcase their musical talent.
The young musicians will be putting on a concert at St James Church to raise money for the Salavation Army's rapid response service for disasters and a children's day centre in Latvia.
Many of the members of The Salvation Army's South Western Divisional Youth Band are already familiar with the county town after taking part in a 'community clean up' in the Halcon area of the town during the week-long music school based at Taunton School last summer.
After receiving support from the public, the soldiers decided they would return to Taunton for a special fundraising concert.
Tickets for the concert, priced £5, will be available on the door prior to the event at 7 pm.
