SIR - In answer to Peter Wilson's letter (T&A, April 30), I am a Christian, and I believe the Lord has something for me after I am dead. However, there is no "proof" of anything religious, particularly of where we come from and where we go to when our earthly lives are over.
It is all a matter of "belief", and I respect the beliefs of someone like Peter Wilson, who says that death is "Goodnight Vienna".
I recommend everyone to live their lives as if they were accountable for their actions after death.
Even if the Bible were a complete fiction, the teachings of Jesus Christ are worth following. I am sure Mr Wilson observes most of them.
