Yorkshire have suffered their first real setback of the season with the news that their South African fast bowler Deon Kruis will be out of action for between four and six weeks with the hamstring strain which caused him to limp off during Sunday's Friends Provident Trophy match at Trent Bridge.

Kruis, who suffered a similar injury at the start of last season, underwent a scan yesterday which showed that the injury to his left hamstring was worse than at first thought.
